Patrick Walsh is head coach of the Hurricane Express U19 boys team and commissioner of the Howard County
Recreation & Parks Spring U19 spring program.
Born in Baltimore, Md. And a Johns Hopkins University graduate, Pat played rugby from 1974 thru 2000 with Division I Baltimore Chesapeake RFC.
He has coached rugby since 1994 including college men’s (Coppin State),
women’s (Chesapeake Women’s), U19 (Andover Apaches and Severn River U19) and youth rugby (Andover Apaches in Linthicum, Md.).
A former USA Rugby Youth Director, he is presently a member of the USA Rugby Youth Rules Committee.
