Parent's Booster Club

PURPOSE - The HURRICANE EXPRESS RUGBY BOOSTER CLUB, INC. (dba HCU19R) is organized and operated for the purpose of promoting competitive high-school age youth rugby.

MEMBERSHIP - All parents, guardians or other persons with a child enrolled with the Howard County, Maryland Department of Recreation and Parks on the Hurricane Express Rugby Team are considered voting members.

MEETINGS - There is at least one general membership meeting in January, for the purpose of electing officers. Additional meetings are held when needed.
