Welcome to the Hurricane Express Rugby Football Club

Hurricane Express Rugby Football Club is the home of high school age rugby in Howard County, Maryland for boys and girls.  A part of Howard County Recreation and Parks, the Hurricane Express Rugby Football Club competes in the Potomac Rugby Union High School league in the spring, holds a fall clinic, and has contacts with the Howard County Hurricanes and Ellicott City Express summer youth rugby programs.
